Quick. Simple. Flexible.

RENT A BIKE
Scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically. The lock opens automatically so never rent a bike from afar.

PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. Simply deactivate it again to continue your ride. The lock opens automatically. Therefore do not deactivate the park mode from afar.

RETURN A BIKE
Return your bike at any public street within the flex zone or at an official station in Nuremberg. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. Check the map for information about stations near you.

REGISTRATION

The registration is free of charge. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

Payment with credit card or direct debit.

4 BIKES ON ONE ACCOUNT

You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Free minutes or special rates will only apply to the first bike, though.
You need more than 10bikes for a tour? Write us for a group booking: rad@vag.de.

SERVICE FEES

Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations within Nuremberg is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
