Reserving bikes
A bike can be resreved exclusively up to 15 Minutes before starting your ride. This service is free. Please consider: after 15 Minutes, the bike will be accessible for everyone again.
FREE MINUTES
VGN customer subscriptions and students ride especially cheap. After registration, they receive 600 free minutes per month. More informations at FREE MINUTES.
Service fee
Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations within Nuremberg is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply.
The cargo bikes must be returned to its respectevely home station. Returning a cargo bike elswhere will be charged with a service fee of 50€.
