Incurring fee in the amount of €20
You have returned the bike improperly. There is a regular fee of €20 per rental for returning bikes improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition, the fee of €20 will apply automatically. You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.

You can still avoid the fee: Go back to the bike and rent it again. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time. 

Which return options are there in Nuremberg?

At stations
You can return our bikes to any official station in Nuremberg. The stations are partly virtual, i.e. the locations are marked on the map with large markers, but there are no station signs on site.
Cargobikes have to be returned to their designated home station printed on the box.

Within the flexzone
Bikes can also be returned flexibly within the flexzone of Nuremberg. This does not apply to cargobikes.

Away from stations or flexzone
Bikes and cargobikes may not be returned outside from official stations or the flexzone of Nuremberg. For improper returns, a fee of at least €20 will apply automatically.

Unjust fees? What now?
Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for improper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at +49 (0) 911 283-2453 or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem. We will correct the rental.
