Link your VGN subscription to your VAG_Rad account and get 600 free minutes per month (free minutes plus per-use fee).

Additionally, you receive 15 free minutes per month for Voi e–scooter (free minutes plus per-use fee).

Connection to NürnbergMOBIL when the subscription is provided as a HandyTicket

Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app using the same email address that you use in the VGN app, or the email address you provided when ordering your subscription. If the email addresses match, 600 free minutes per month will automatically be credited to your account and shown under “VAG_Rad” (per-use fee not included).

Connection to NürnbergMOBIL when the subscription is provided as a chip card

  1. Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app.
  2. Open the “VAG_Rad” section and select “Link Subscription/Company” → “Subscription”.
  3. Enter the required subscription details.
  4. Once the subscription has been linked successfully , 600 free minutes per month will be displayed under “VAG_Rad” and credited to your account for use (per-use fee not included).

Deutschlandticket

When purchased via the NürnbergMOBIL app

  1. Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app.
  2. Purchase the Deutschlandticket in the app.
  3. Your Deutschlandticket and your free minutes will automatically be displayed when your subscription starts, and the free minutes will be credited to your account for use (per-use fee not included).

When purchased via meinabo.vag.de and when provided as a HandyTicket

  1. Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app using the email address you provided when ordering your subscription.
  2. Your Deutschlandticket and your free minutes will automatically appear when your subscription starts, and the free minutes will be credited to your account for use (per-use fee not included).

When purchased via meinabo.vag.de and when provided as a chip card

  1. Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app.
  2. Open the “VAG_Rad” section and select “Link Subscription/Company” → “Subscription”.

Ermäßigungsticket & Deutschlandticket NürnbergPass

When purchased via the NürnbergMOBIL app

  1. Register in the NürnbergMOBIL app.
  2. Select the ticket you would like to purchase.
  3. You will then be redirected to meinabo.vag.de to order the subscription.
  4. Choose the HandyTicket option (ticket will be displayed in the NürnbergMOBIL app and the VGN app).
  5. Your Deutschlandticket and free minutes will automatically be displayed when your subscription starts, and the free minutes will be credited to your account for use (per-use fee not included).
